Hello and Welcome to my website! My goal in the fitness industry is to motivate and inspire others to take the plunge to be the best that they can be no matter their age, regardless of background and promote a healthy and fit lifestyle everyday!!
I have earned my Bachelor's in Science degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Health Promotion and Wellness from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse. I have has over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have obtained personal fitness trainer certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and study/practice both yoga and Pilates. I have studied and completed Nutrition Specialist coursework with Dr. Jane Pentz of Tuft's University. Maintaining a high level of professionalism is important to me being recognized as a Professional member of IDEA and the Reebok Alliance for Fitness Professionals. I challenge myself personally through participation and top placement in national level bodybuilding, figure and fitness competitions. I understand the importance of staying on the cutting edge of the fitness industry and strive for excellence through continuous pursuit of knowledge in the fast-paced field of fitness.

In Sync Fitness is a private personal fitness training and nutrition consultation facility. We offer private and small group fitness training sessions emphasizing healthy lifestyle and weight management.

In Sync offers a private workout facility working one on one with clients or in a small group setting and online personal fitness training program development and tracking. In Sync specializes in health promotion through implementation of balanced healthy lifestyle improvements; including but not limited to functional strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, core and spinal alignment, balance training, yoga and weight management techniques.
In Sync will assist you in assessing your current health and fitness level, establishing realistic goals and motivating and inspiring you to achieve your goals in an atmosphere of positive encouragement, positive thinking and personal accountability.
