In Sync Fitness has been fortunate to hire some highly gifted fitness trainers that I feel embody the spirit of our business of helping others achieve their goals and reach new heights in health and fitness.
My goal in the fitness industry is to motivate and inspire others to take the plunge to be the best that they can be no matter their age or background and to promote a healthy and fit lifestyle.
I am pleased to have Justin Nix on board as an associate at In Sync Fitness. He is a great asset and a good motivator.

She has also studied at the Sivananda Vedanta Nataraja Centre and at The Yoga Studio in New Dehli, India, as well as with teachers of Iyengar, Jivamukti and Anusara yoga in Seattle, New York and Maine. Robin offering Yoga at In Sync Fitness:
At In Sync Fitness, Robin will be offering an all-levels vinyasa yoga class. Vinyasa is a form of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement, building heat, mental focus and strength. It’s also energizing and fun. Students are encouraged to bring an open mind and a willing heart. No other yoga expertise is necessary.
The practice of yoga is a health system that can increase mental clarity, balance, cardiovascular health, overall strength and flexibility and a sense of well-being.
