Find ways to say "yes" to your best and highest self.

Personal Competition

I compete for many reasons.  Some compete merely for the award handed to them on a job well done.  Still others compete just to prove to others they are the best.  I believe competition should be more than a single desired achievement.  True competition is the complete unity of mind, body and spirit working together to bring about things otherwise impossible!

"The body achieves what the mind believes in."

To be all that you dream, you must first believe in yourself.  As I continue to promote fitness and health in my own life as in others I am a member of the Fitness Dream Team.

See a video of me taken at a recent competition!

Being involved in head to head competition with top athletes on a national level has truly been a rewarding experience.  It has taken me to higher levels of performance as I compete to place well and attain the high standards I expect from targeted training for each event.  WTF events include challenging events such as the obstacle course and fitness drills/skills in addition to the grace and physique round where the competitor is judged on feminine athleticism.  Check out this WTF link for more information about WTF competitions!!

WTF Competitions:

In my most recent WTF competition in Vegas I placed as follows:

  • 2006 WTF World Challenge - 5th in grace and physique in the 35-39 tall class and 22nd overall in grace and physique

WNSO is the World Natural Sport Organization and is similar to the NPC that handles competition and promotes many events throughout the year.  I have competed at Tier 3 and 4 with this organization and you can find out more about it on my dedicated WNSO/FAME page.
