Mark Srull aka M-Dog is our In Sync client of the month for February. Mark has trained with ISF since July of 2007.
Favorite Activities: Growing orchids, cooking and hanging out with friends.
Mark's Goals Achieved/Working Towards: A rippling 6 pack and bulging guns. "Welcome to the gun show!" Plus an ass that won't quit. Well not quite.........but he has achieved better stamina during his work week, improved upper body including back strength and better balance.
"My most notable accomplishment has been sticking with the plan that Susie and I have set up. It is easy to keep with it now after 18 months. It has become an important part of my week", states Mark. " ISF has benefited me and my lifestyle. I'm much stronger, more energetic and I eat better". Srull gives his most effective tip for success as staying with it even if you don't want to. After you stick with the program awhile it becomes a part of your rhythm and makes you feel so much better".
The best thing about ISF is Susie. She is a great personal trainer who challenges you to work hard and keeps you motivated along the way.
Mark's favorite recipe is a healthy quick fruit smoothie which he enjoys in the mornings after his workouts. Add enough soy milk to fill a glass 3/4 full. Throw in 1/2 banana or 1/3 c frozen berries, a scoop of protein powder and blend. It is a great way to start the day.
