Time training with ISF: 6 years
Goals Achieved: I have better upper body strength. I have improved my bone density. I have been able to stay consistent with my fitness program and goals.
Most notable accomplishment: I am able to do full push ups from my toes!!
Favorite activities: Hiking and kayaking

Chicken breasts wrapped in foil add a touch of ginger and teriaki marinade and grill. It's free from added oils and fats and simple. Easy to do after work and/or exercise.
