Time Training with ISF 5 ½ years
Goals Achieved/Working towards When I first started working out with Susie, I had given birth to my two boys via C-Section and my stomach muscles were shot! I was having a hard time getting the baby weight off from my 2nd child who was already a year and a half old. So initially, my goals were to lose the baby weight and get my stomach muscles back to where I could at least do a sit-up on my own. As I continued working with Susie and met my initial goals, my goals began to change. I then wanted to be able to run a mile without stopping. After having reconstructive surgery on my left knee, I was unable to run without pain. Susie helped me build up the muscles around my knee and I am now able to run 3-5 miles without stopping and without pain.
Most notable accomplishment: Competed in the women’s figure competition in 2007 and placed 2nd in my height group.
Favorite Activities: Working out, spending time with my kids and reading.
How has ISF benefit you and your lifestyle? By working out with Susie and competing, I have learned so much about nutrition and exercise and how it affects my body. I now live a much healthier lifestyle and have more energy for activities with my kids.
Most effective tip for success to achieve your health and fitness goals: In order to meet my goals, it has had to be a combination of exercise and nutrition. When I do one without the other, I just don’t see the benefits like I do when doing them together.
“The best thing about ISF…….” The training is one-on-one and tailored to meet my needs. I never do the exact same exercise routine twice, so I never get bored with the workouts.
