Congratulations to In Sync Fitness Client of the Month for August ~ Carolyn Leonhard
Carolyn has been training with ISF for 2 years. Her initial goals were to find a program she could stick with and not give up. She's found that program, now she says she cannot imagine life without working out!! She has even learned to love running. Carolyn says, "I can actually run now without cursing or passing out". When Susie first asked her to run she stated "I'm not a runner", but after finding her stride she finds herself running at least 2 days per week in addition to hill work and interval work on both the elliptical and treadmills for cardio her program includes functional training, using the Kettlebells and plyometric drills as well as overall strength training. "I like the dead lifts best because afterwards I like how my back feels strong", Carolyn stated when asked her favorite training activity. "I don't have the aches and pains that were making me feel "too old" anymore. I am not afraid to wear a bathing suit. I can work more hours (as a massage therapist) and I believe that the quality of my work has improved because I am stronger.
Carolyn's Tip for Success: Find a work out environment in which you enjoy being. That way you WANT to go.
