The In Sync Fitness Client of the Month is Stephanie Eastman. Stephanie has trained on and off with Susie for 10 years.
Her goals achieved include improved strength, leaner physique and becoming more educated about health and nutrition.
Steph's most notable fitness accomplishments are running both a full and 1/2 marathon! Way to go!!
When asked how ISF has benefited her, Steph says, "Sports and exercise have always been part of my life. I mainly exercise because of the mental benefits I receive from it. From stress relief to a feeling of accomplishment, working out usually always make me feel great afterwards." The most effective tip Steph gives for success "is to know yourself well and don't become complacent or bored in your workouts. Be willing to push yourself a little more than what's comfortable, but allow yourself time off when you know you need it, so you'll always be hungry for the next workout."
The best thing about ISF.... "Simply put - Susie. Susie has a gift to motivate. She's a friend who tends to the physical as well as the mental. Susie is able to adapt quickly when she sees someone limping in and changes the routine for the day. She makes you believe you can achieve any goal, any dream you set for yourself. I've worked with her for ten years now, and she never fails to impress me!! Another thing about ISF is the comradeship I feel with other ISF clients. I believe that's part of the atmosphere Susie has fostered in her studio.
