Congrats to Renee Reep the In Sync Fitness Client of the Month for November.
Renee enjoys spending time with family, walking, reading and home decorating. When asked what her favorite foods are she stated, "I like about anything and everything - but I really enjoy fresh vegetables, a great salad and anything cooked on the grill". Now that's healthy eating!!
Renee has worked out with Susie for 4 years. Her goals achieved have been maintaining her fitness level and weight. Currently her focus is improving her overall strength and balance.
ISF has benefited Renee's lifestyle, "I have been able to maintain my energy level. I feel as good today (maybe better!) than I did at 40. Setting aside time for fitness has been a good balance with family, home and work.:
