Shari Maccarone Bailey is the February 2010 Client of the Month


Congratulations to Shari Maccarone Bailey the In Sync Fitness Client of the Month for February 2010!!

Shari is vibrant and full of life and energy.  She loves boating and running.  Her outlook on life is always positive - "I enjoy life as it comes", says Shari.

Shari has been training with Susie of ISF throughout the past decade.  In the beginning she trained 3 days per week focusing on weight loss and building muscle and toning.  She has progressed to working out on her own most days of the week and especially enjoys running. Shari says "I love running! It has helped me in so many ways".  Shari has even taken to the races completing the Tri Cities Marathon Relay last year!!  Shari continues to work out one day per week with Susie doing yoga exercises to lengthen and strengthen her body.  Shari's job is physically demanding on her neck and shoulders she feels yoga helps alleviate muscle tension and balance her posture.

Shari says, "I feel more limber and have more mobility in my neck and shoulders.  My entire body moves more freely now that I have incorporated yoga into my workout routine.  I feel that my running has benefited as well.  I think it has benefited me in all aspects of my life. I am more postive and healthier. I look at everything differently when I feel healthy and in shape.  Susie has helped me accomplish more than I would have ever thought I could do on my own.  I think of exercise as a lifestyle it isn't something temporary. You choose to do this  lifestyle because you want to be healthy and strong and be in charge of your life."
