Congratulations to this August's Client of the Month: Daymon Bruck!!
Daymon has been training with ISF for 10 months. His achievements have been many: an increase in muscle mass, decreased body fat, improved balance and core strength for back support. "Being able to wear belts again" and improved overall strength and health are his most notable achievements.
Daymon enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling and working out. Working out with Susie at ISF has created a sustainable and healthy program and given me the tools to to stay "fit for life" and able to do those things I enjoy. He offers his most effective tip for achieving health and fitness as finding something personal and specific to motivate you. That something that will help you focus through the tough times even when you don't feel like following your plan.
Daymon's favorite recipe: My perfect breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs on 1 piece of multi grain toast that has been spread with half an avocado, topped with fresh herbs and a dash or two of Tabasco.... quick, easy and good to go!!
The best thing about ISF: I always leave my workout smiling!! No matter what my mood when I start .....I always feel better when I'm done. Everyone at ISF is positive and supportive...there is a great vibe and attitude with everyone there.
The past 10 months have been the most rewarding and effective personal training experience I've ever had.........thank you Susie!!
