A wonderful blend of sweet and savory in this chicken dish.
Place boneless skinless chicken breast in a glass baking dish 9X9. Set aside.
In a food processor combine 2 c fresh sage leaves, 2TBS black pepper and enough olive oil to make a paste. Set aside.
Heat a skillet with 1TBS EVO thinly slice 2 Walla Walla Sweet onions add to skillet and cook until tender and lightly browning. Add 3TBS sage paste and 2 TBS Grade A Maple syrup or maple agave and combine.
Spoon onion mixture over chicken and bake @ 350 until cooked through.
