1/2 to 1c unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp Dagoba cacao powder (no sugar contains .5 g fat/3g carbs/1g protein
6 ice cubes
Blend until smooth and creamy
VARIATIONS:
*Add 1tsp all natural unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter
*Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and use 1/2 cold coffee instead of almond milk
*Add fresh mint leaves

Adding greens like spinach also up the nutrient factor without changing the flavor. Add 1 handful baby spinach to a banana smoothie and blend well.
