January 2010 Client of the Month is Suzi Lougy
Suzi began training with In Sync in October of 2009 to help strengthen her back and core. Several years ago she hurt her back and was told by her doctor core strengthening was ultra important for her continued back health. After completing her prescribed physical therapy she wanted to continue progressing with her health and fitness so enlisted Susie of In Sync Fitness to keep her focused.
When asked what her successes have been since she started training with ISF, she stated, "improved core strength and a "butt lift"!!" Her continued goals include improving her cardiovascular endurance and getting a long and lean toned physique. She would also like to begin practicing yoga in her fitness routine.
She lists squats and any ab/core training as her favorite activities when training. Suzi says, " I can "feel" the benefits when I'm doing these exercises. I love training with Susie of In Sync! I am learning so much about health, fitness and my body. Susie is patient, encouraging and very knowledgeable when working with me. I'm so glad to have her personally overseeing my workouts, I trust her. She has a great sense of humor and when I'm down on myself she reminds me not to give up!!"
