Congrats to the girls of Walla Walla

In Sync Fitness sends a big shout out to the ladies from Walla Walla would competed in this past weekend's NPC bikini event.

All gals brought trophies home a great way to end the season!!

Spring competitions will begin the end of March for FAME West in Vancouver BC and first of April for NPC events in Vanouver WA.

FAME events have a variety of divisions to fit your competition including, bodybuilding, fitness, figure, muscle model, fitness model and bikini.

NPC events include bodybuilding, fitness (in some areas), figure and bikni.
