Today is the final day of the January daily challenge. Challenges will be weekly through the month of February.
You may use any of the past challenges in the future. Remember success comes with commitment and consistency to the overall plan.
All workouts are progressive in doing your best time.
A few challenges asked you to "design" your own circuit for workout. Remember the basics. Be safe. Be creative. You do not need a gym with hundreds of pieces of equipment. Think INTENSITY, not how long you workout.
Remember to take time for rest and reflection. Journal your workouts and eating to gauge progression or where you need to focus.
Your challenge today is to complete your 1 mile run for time and also create another workout circuit choose from the following exercises. This exercise should be a "giant set" and include 5-6 exercises. Complete the circuit 3 times with a 2 minute rest between each.
Commando push ups
Renegade rows with dumb bells or KBs
Squat jumps
Burpees or mountain climbers
Jump rope
1/4 mile or "round the block" sprints
Pull ups
KB swings
Bucket carries
Walking lunges
