Rest is as important as work. When we take the time to rest and care for ourselves we improve our efforts in work.
It is the "rest day" when your body and mind can prepare for the next work phase.

Set aside 20 minutes to "relax".
Turn off the tv, radio, find a quiet spot. Close your eyes reflect inward into your heart. You deserve to take care of YOU!! Thank your body mind and spirit for their efforts during this past week.
