This week's salad is a refreshing cool cucumber salad
In a bowl:
4-5 thinly sliced cukes
1 Walla Walla sweet onion thinly sliced
In the food processor:
juice of 2 fresh lemons
5 cloves fresh garlic
dill/mint or basil your choice about a handful
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
Pulse until smooth
Pour over the cucumbers and onions and chill for atleast an hour.
