Congratulations to Jaklin Callow the October 2008 ISF client of the month.
Jaklin has trained for 6 years with ISF. Her favorite activities include Okinawan Karate do, walking, squash, Jazzercise, swimming and most anything that requires movement. Her goals achieved have been numerous with improved balance and posture at the top of her list. She has found a weight training program she can stay with for more than 3,6, or 9 months and hopes to enthusiastically engage in a program (like Susie's) into her 90's. Her most notable achievement was completing the Portland marathon.
Jaklin says,"Training at ISF at Studio FIT lifts my spirits with a smile and has helped me to be more confident, resourceful. I have always been curious about the body and how it works. Susie not only takes me through a workout she has taken the time to educate me about the human body. This not only benefits me but everyone I meet who I can inform." "Susie's skills and her education are "over the top" and to our benefit as clients because she is living her passion for life, which in return helps us live ours.
Jaklin's most effective tip for success is attitude - anyone can make a great lifestyle for life. We can accomplish our goals if we stay on a daily program for 21 days we start to develop new health habits. Be sure to select your thoughts - only positive!! Have snacks prepared in advance to encourage proper nutrition. Remember you are worth it! If you take care of your body today it will take care of you.
