I hear people tell me all the time "plain vegetables are boring". So.... add some hummus.
Combine in a food processor
1 can rinsed and drained garbanzo beans(chickpeas) or white butter beans
4-5 cloves garlic
1 bunch fresh basil about a handful
1/4 c black Kalamata olives
1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
1/2 C artichoke hearts
juice of half a lemon
Pinch sea salt
Process adding EVO until creamy consistency.
Also great in wraps with sprouts and veggies.
