This wonderful tarte is dairy, egg and gluten free
Slice 3 pears in a bowl sprinkle with cardamom and/or allspice and set aside.
In a food processor add 1C raw hazelnuts. Process until very fine but not butter!
Place in a medium bowl. Add 1 C almond meal. Melt 2-3 TBS coconut butter. Add melted butter to nut mixture combining to stick together.
Press nuts mixture into bottom on pie dish. Bake for 15 minutes @ 350 until lightly brown.
Remove from oven add pears and cook until pears are tender through approximately 30 to 40 minutes depending on pear ripeness.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
