I create my own "oat flour" by placing 2 cups raw oats in the blender. You can find maple agave at Huckleberry's or Whole Foods.
In a bowl place 2 C oat flour, 1/2C pumpkin puree', 1 whole egg, 1tsp baking powder, tsp vanilla, cinnamon and allspice
Stir to combine well.
Heat skillet and cook over med heat until cooked through.
In a bowl combine 1/2C fresh almond butter and 2TBS maple agave nectar.
I usually make these in advance and keep in the frig for a "quick" breakfast option when on the go.
