Approximately 30 Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
1 TBSP EVO
2 cloves garlic minced
2 slices Canadian Bacon finely chopped (optional)
1/2 C chicken broth (low sodium low fat)
pepper to taste
In Med skillet heat olive oil, add garlic and Canadian bacon (optional) saute' until garlic in tender. Add brussels sprouts saute' approximately 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and simmer down to reduce. Season with pepper. Serve.
