One of my summer favorites
1 C tuna or salad shrimp
1 avocado removed from skin and chunked (save skin for serving)
1/2 C finely chopped green onion half greens included
2-3 small Roma tomatoes coarsely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped (add as much as you prefer for heat)
Small bunch fresh cilantro finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch sea salt optional
Combine the above. Serve in 1/2 shell of avocado skin
