Positive thoughts bring positive outcome.
How many times have you thought "I can't do this", or "I'll never be good at...."? Well if you think you can't or won't then most likely you have already set yourself up for failure. But if you think I WILL, I CAN and I"LL DO MY BEST then you will find success. And success lead to more success!!
When we give ourselves credit for a job well done, give our best effort and say "I CAN" we begin our success in our mind with a positive attitude. No matter how small the success is IT MATTERS!! You did it!! A small success + a little success = a BIG success.
Wrap your mind around being positive about even the smallest of your best efforts.
This week's challenge is to journal daily and give yourself credit for something positive you accomplished each and every day doing your BEST. Whether is was to eat all 7 of your fruit and veggies or run a little faster, or organize your desk to decrease stress clutter write it down. Thank yourself for taking time for you and doing your best because you deserve it.
Each evening write down a positive thing to focus on the next day. How will you achieve this? At the end of the day journal how you did, how did it make you feel to accomplish this? Write another small goal for the next day.......continue throughout the next week.
Notice how your attitude and outlook change with positive reinforcement rather than negative.
