ISF retreats incorporate practice with local teachers in the communities we travel to. We immerse ourselves in the local cultural tradition and experiences. Our goal is to connect our practice with the natural world around us and the local flavors to invigorate and re energize and relax and restore your complete being.
Why do a retreat? A retreat is a personal investment in YOU! It is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself. Through immersing yourself in yoga, nature and meditation it disrupts the chaos and busyness of our daily lives. You will gain the ability to become more present and introspective. A retreat allows you a "pause" to reflect on your life and perhaps ask some questions lending to clarifying your life's direction, purpose and goals. You are worth taking this time to nurture and rejuvenate your whole being in mind, body and spirit.

“My husband and I attended the Fall 2015 Retreat in Playa del Carmen Mexico. It was one of the best vacations that we have ever taken!! It was a perfect mix of planned activities; yoga, hiking and snorkeling with plenty of free time to explore on our own. We stayed in a boutique hotel with a roof top bar, pool and yoga studio. Our morning yoga classes were taught by Susie and Arielle, Susie's mentor, which was amazing! Susie's knowledge of the area made everything easy to navigate. We are definitely going to go again!!!!!
