In Sync Fitness provides competition coaching for bodybuilding, figure, and fitness events.  Extensive event and sport-specific training for the Women's Tri-Fitness athlete is available utilizing targeted training for obstacle coursework, box jumps, and shuttle run as well as other fitness drills.
