In Sync Fitness offers individualized exercise and nutrition programs designed specifically for you.

Find out what it is like to train with a caring and knowledgeable personal trainer who is certified and actively competing on a national level.  I will assist you in building the foundation needed for success by getting to know you and your fitness goals.  I will help you strive to reach your fitness goals and health potential in an atmosphere of encouragement, positive thinking and personal accountability.

Personal Training Facilities

In Sync Fitness sets itself apart by offering our clients multiple facilities for training.  The main areas are:

Private one-on-one training area

  •  One-on-one training sessions

Exclusive small group training area

This area is available for rent to other instructors/coaches needing space to host your own classes or workshops.

Group environment training area

  •  One-on-one training sessions

Personal Training Services Menu

Fitness Consults - $65

Healthy history, injury assessment, PAR-Q, bioimpedence and goal setting review.

(Fitness consult required for all clients)

Fitness Assessments - $175

Fitness consult plus cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and muscular endurance testing.

Nutrition Consults - $75

Basic nutrition review and analysis.

Nutrition Program - $150

Individual nutrition programming development based upon bioimpedence testing, activity/lifestyle factors and fitness/health goals.

Bioimpedence - $12

Basic body composition analysis and review.

Exercise Program Development - $125

Program development for use at home, while traveling or at your own gym.  Fitness consults must be completed prior to program development.

  • Competitive physique posing for figure/bodybuilding and fitness
  • Yoga/stretch
  • Kickboxing
